Product Return Policy

In what condition do we accept product exchange?
Now Collection Store are allowed the return of products within 7 calendar days from shipment date under the following circumstances:

  1. Manufacturing defects.
  2. Now Collection Store delivered the wrong item.

Product return policy and procedures

  1. Stay Calm and Contact Us. In the event of customer complaint and request for return or exchange, please stay calm and contact our Customer Service team at +6012-8358816 or info@nowcollection.my. Our support team available Mondays – Fridays, 9am – 6pm.
  2. What do we need to verify that the item is allowed for exchange or return? In most cases, we will need your help to get a few photo or video (mobile phone standard is sufficient, no need studio photography. ) of the item, show us where the problem is and we will get it processed. Of course, we will need to know the order ID too.
    1. How to send the item back to us. Once our support team confirms the return, we shall drop you an email with all the return address and details. Please kindly pack the goods nicely and return it to the address which we mentioned in the email. Here is the return address:

      No 7-01, Jalan Bestari 1/4, Taman Nusa Bestari, Skudai, 81300 Johor Bahru.

    2. How to pack the return parcel. Please ensure that the parcel has all the items including the original packaging in it. Make sure the parcel is not see-through and well sealed. Paste the consignment note on the parcel.
  3. Exchange or Refund? We accept the exchange of orders under the circumstances made by Now Collection. We regret to inform you that Now Collection do not accept any refund.
  4. How long does it take? The product return or exchange normally takes about 7-14 working days to complete. But it take two to tango, we need to work as a team to resolve the issue. Help us get the necessary information and Now Collection Store will try our very best to shorten the process.
  5. Delivery cost. Delivery cost for returning item shall be borne by Now Collection if you follow the procedure and return details we mentioned in email. Now Collection shall also bear the cost of sending the item back to the buyer.

Exchange or replacement will not be applicable for the following situations

  1. Original packaging missing
  2. Any item that has been worn, or altered.
  3. Used items (for cosmetic and other personal items such as under garments)
